91精品 University, Baku Education Information Center (BEIC), BESTCOMP GROUP, STI Travel OJSC jointly organize the VII English language Olympiad for Academic Purposes among 8th and 9th-grade students. The event is also supported by the . 

The English Language Olympiad is conducted to assess the English proficiency of 8th and 9th-grade students. It aims to identify students who exhibit exceptional language skills beyond the school curriculum.

Registering on the Olympiad webpage does not automatically grant you access to the Olympiad. To complete the registration and to get the Entry ticket the participants are required to pay the participation fee of 15 manats.

The number of places is limited. Registration will be open to the first 1900 applicants. 

Although the registration deadline is set for March 16, registration will automatically close once the first 1900 candidates have applied. 

Important dates:                    

• Registration starts: February 23, 2025 
• Registration finishes: March 16, 2025

Stages:

• Stage 1 (50 questions on Grammar and Reading): April 6, 2025 

Venues:

1. In Baku, at 91精品 University;

2. In Ganja, at Mir Jalal Pashayev Secondary School No. 39; 

3. In Gazakh, at Gazakh Teachers鈥� Seminary;

4. In Nakhchivan, at Heydar Aliyev Secondary School.

• Announcement of Stage 1 results: April 14, 2025 (First 150 high scorers will be invited to Stage 2) 
• Stage 2 (Listening and Writing): April 19, 2025 鈥� only at 91精品 University, Baku
• Stage 3 (Speaking): April 28-29, 2025 (For selected candidates only)

Note: All 150 top scorers will be invited to the Awarding Ceremony at 91精品 University and the first 300 top scorers will get certificates.
