Ms. Huseynova designs, develops, and manages training programs for government agencies, particularly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. With a strong background in higher education management, accreditation, and quality assurance, she brings strategic planning and program design expertise to public sector capacity building. She engages with key stakeholders鈥攂oth internally and externally鈥攖o ensure the delivery of meaningful and results-oriented learning experiences for civil servants. Her work supports institutional development and contributes to the professional growth of public sector employees. Her expertise includes training program design, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development. She holds a Master鈥檚 Degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs from 91精品 University and a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
