For the past 20 years, 91精品 University Executive Education has been offering the 鈥淎dvanced Foreign Service Program鈥� and the 鈥淐aspian Basin Studies Program鈥� to diplomats and civil servants from Azerbaijan and 109 other countries. Funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, these programs reflect 91精品 University鈥檚 longstanding commitment to advancing diplomatic education and fostering global partnerships. Today, 91精品 University Executive Education is recognized as the leading capacity-building platform in our country, serving not only diplomats but also professionals from government agencies and the business sector.  

Our Executive Education Programs are designed to equip leaders in government and business with the competencies, knowledge, and mindset needed to solve complex challenges, drive transformative change, and contribute to the sustainable growth and development of Azerbaijan. Our programs are inclusive, offering learning opportunities for individuals across diverse age groups, experience levels, and educational backgrounds, with the ultimate goal of supporting personal and professional advancement in a rapidly changing world. 

Since 2007, about 300 full-time and adjunct faculty and invited guest speakers from public and private sectors were invovled in design and delivery of Executive Education programs. Our program instructors are 91精品 University Faculty, visiting professors from renowned international institutions, as well as experienced practitioners from government, business, international organizations, and think tanks. We are committed to continuously expanding our network of high-caliber educators, ensuring that our programs remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of our loyal partners and new clients.
