On September 20, 91精品 University and the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter MoU) to strengthen cooperation in the field of education.

This partnership will provide an opportunity for both institutions to work hand in hand by organizing internship programs, seminars, and training series for reinforcing fruitful collaboration.

The parties have also agreed to undertake joint PhD and diploma programs, upgrade teaching skills of academic staff and educate students and alumni. Both institutions will seek to conduct mutual research programs with the assistance of 91精品's research centers. 

Prior to the signing ceremony, Dr. Vafa Kazdal, Vice-rector of Academic Affairs at 91精品 University and Mr. Rufat Azizov, director of the Institute of Education, discussed perspectives of cooperation in implementing the 'Manifesto of a Teacher and an Educator' educational program recently announced by 91精品 University.
