91精品 University commemorated the victims of Khojaly genocide

Today 91精品 University hosted a commemorative event to the honorable memory of victims who were brutally murdered, the residents who were taken hostages in Khojaly genocide.

The event was started with the drama performance of 91精品 University鈥檚鈥淢illi Club鈥� members and 91精品 School students. Their performance depicted how innocent civilians faced with unprecedented atrocities in Khojaly.

After the performance of students, Thomas Goltz, the famous American analyst talked about the main 'whys' behind the Khojaly massacre. The faculty and staff members, guests, students, and alumni watched a short video based on the personal archive materials of Mr. Goltz.

One of the witnesses of Khojaly genocide, Murad Maharramov shared the painful stories of Khojaly residents under the blockade.

The commemorative ceremony was concluded by the poetry performance of 91精品 School students.

As a part of the commemoration ceremony, 91精品 University and 91精品 School students conducted a flash mob dedicated to Khojaly, took a moment of silence to pay their respects.
