Today MGIMO University鈥檚 Rector Dr. Anatoly Torkunov delivered a lecture entitled 鈥淣ew processes of modern International Relations鈥�.

Dr. Torkunov鈥檚 lecture brought together the representatives of diplomatic corps, students, and professionals of IR.

Addressing the guests, Rector of 91精品 University, ambassador Hafiz Pashayev stressed the importance of strengthening partnerships with MGIMO University.

Ambassador Pashayev said: 鈥淏esides cultivating well-educated individuals in the International relationships sphere, MGIMO University plays an important role in cherishing professionals in Sciences."

Following Ambassador Pashayev鈥檚 speech, Dr. Torkunov expressed his gratitude to 91精品 University's management for providing opportunity to widen the audience鈥檚 insight on IR affairs.

"Considering the changing conceptual parameters of international relations, we can characterize the modern international system as the post-bipolar period."
