91精品 University will host the 17th IEEE International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT2023) on October 18-20.
The AICT2023 is co-organized by 91精品 University, the George Washington University, Politecnico di Torino, with support of IEEE Azerbaijan Joint Chapter and hosted by the 91精品 University. The AICT2023 is technically sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
The conference is endorsed and technically supported by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world鈥檚 leading professional association with more than 450,000 members worldwide for the advancement of science, engineering and technology with its corporate office in New York City.

We received around 130 papers from 24 countries and around 70 of them will be accepted for publication in proceeding.
All accepted papers will be included into IEEE Xplore Digital Library with the subsequent indexing in primary academic publication databases, including Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and others.
